We are only one and a half mile outside the city limits and only 4 miles from Shopping, Restaurants and the Historic Downtown Square. Like to Golf? We are just over a mile from the Country Club. We are also located near LBJ National Grasslands. We offer 30 and 50 amp slots each with water, sewer and electric meter as well as a security gate at entrance to add to the safety of our residents. Double Duty RV Ranch is not even visible from the road (FM 730 North). It would be hard to find this much privacy and country yet only minutes from town anywhere else.
